Jimmy is a real nice guy but I would not recommend himHe missed the first appointment (which I had to leave work early to get to) and did not callwhen he did come out, it was supposed to be to get rid of white flies in my bushes, I had roaches outside the home on the deck near the bird seed and ants outside the home that were occasionally coming inhe finally came out and said he didn't know how to treat for white flies, said you can't get rid of ants or roaches, sprayed everything and charged me $I still have all pests although the ants did move away from the house further into the yard real nice guy but I don't recommend
We are sorry for dropping the ball with thisI would be happy to ether proceed with the duct test or provide the requested refund

Review: On July 29, 2014 a [redacted] condensing unit was installed by Thompson Mechanical, [redacted] the owner of Thompson informed me that an inspection fee of would be due, and that I could pay it now or when the inspection is completed, I offered to pay it up front since I had the money. I waited to hear from [redacted] or the inspectors, when I did not hear, I made several calls asking about the inspection, himself and another employee came and looked at the vents to see if air was flowing before the inspectors could come and complete the inspection. The inspectors never came and I made several calls to [redacted] regarding this issue, on April 20, 2015 he stated that he left several messages with inspectors and he was not getting any responses, he informed me to wait another week, I agreed and informed him that if he did not get a response that I would like my money back, he agreed to send me a check for $250 fee that I had paid up front, he even read back my address to send me a check. That was the last I heard from [redacted] I left several messages and emailed him requesting my refund, I have not had the inspection completed or received my money back or or any of my calls or emails returned. I learned my lesson about paying up front.Desired Settlement: I would like the inspection completed and a refund for the inconvenience.
