Thompson Choppers

Ordered a custom spun rear fender in june of 2019 and have not received as of dec 20th. Communication is sporadic, promising its being worked on, its done and he will get it mailed out. Dec 4 was last communication it was done and ready to deliver, I havent received fender nor have I received any response when asking for tracking number. Great products from.this company but complaint is about communication if you read this , man up and give the truth. Done and shipped?

I contacted Thompson Choppers and talked with the owner Paul about building me a new steel gas tank for a motorcycle. He said he could have it built in six weeks but needed the tank paid in full first. I sent him $1,100 dollars for the tank and sent him my current tank to use as a pattern to build one just like it but out of steel not aluminum.
I sent him the tank March 2018. I didn't get the tank back until 6-19, 15 months after I sent him the tank. I had to constantly call him, leave messages and send emails trying to get my tanks back. After 15 months I received my tank and did a test fit on the new tank. It was not right. The mounting holes were wrong, tank was not like my org tank I sent him as a pattern. It was supposed to be a like for like tank. I have contacted him several times, email and phone. I sent him pictures and videos on the tank. He said he would do something and then he stopped taking my calls, answering my emails so I'm done trying to contact him. I did however ask for a refund If I send the tank back because I cant use it at all. No response.
I have tried every avenue to contact him a resolve our issue with no success. That's why I'm now contacting the Revdex.com.

Ordered a custom frame from Thompson Choppers in the amount of $1550 in February 2019, and
hammered out at time frame when it would be delivered. The delivery date came and went without
word from them, I have tried contacting them several times without a response. I have not recieved
the custom frame, nor a refund.

On April 10, 2018, I paid this business approximately $4,500 for a custom made motorcycle frame. It arrived in October 2018, in good condition. I contacted the business and told Paul York, it had arrived in good condition and that I just needed the MSO paperwork.(Manufacturers Statement of Orgin) This paperwork is needed for me to title the motorcycle and to sell it and he said he would get it sent out. I followed up several times to request this important paperwork and was told each time it would be sent to me. I have never received it and the business is now unresponsive to my inquiries.
