never gave them my social so I'm not even sure how this even is on my credit report and I was told if I was to return the car I would be giving money back which was my down payment because it was lease to own he said which he lied to me because I haven't received a thing so I was lied to

I had purchased a Cadillac from Thompson which I was told from Landon that they had just gotten from auction so had not yet had a chance to go through it completely so since I had already purchased a car from them and was trading in along with 500$ if any issues bring back so they can repair. I continued to have several issues with the car not shifting and running hot . The car was taken back to them twice with no action done . I had already explained the issue several times with no resolution . After going back and forth and only having the vehicle for about 2 months I voluntarily returned the vehicle with notice . Thompson brothers after returning the vehicle still never volunteered to repair and also placed bad reports on my credit . I asked them how they report to the credit bureau on a issue they stated they would repair not to mention a buy here pay here lot and received nothing but negativity . I payed on a previous vehicle for 2 years I purchased from them without never being late and never once got a positive credit report from them . All this being said Thompson had kept my 500$ along with non running vehicle and filed false statements to my credit . I would not recommend this place to anyone now matter how much in need of a vehicle they are, there are plenty of car lots hard working people can get a car who have credit problems .
