Review: [redacted], sold me a mini van with blown head gaskets. He didn't tell me the motor was blown. When I contacted him the next day he agrees in writing to refund my money. He sends someone to pick up the van but doesn't have any money for me. Mr. [redacted] stated in writing 3 people were "begging" for the van and he would have my money in a few hours. Now he won't return my messages and he has the van and my money. I am also out the money I paid for insurance. The same day he picked up the van he posted it for sale on Craig's list saying it had a blown head gasket. He posted the van for sale before he even had it in his possession stating he just did the smog the day before. This is impossible to have the van smogged when it was still in my possession. This tells me he is still scamming the public.Desired Settlement: I want back the money I paid him for the van with interest, and I want the insurance money I spent back.
