Dear Revdex.com:First, I would like to say thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to this complaint, as this is the first one we have received in our 10 yr history of our company.Mr. Dalma T[redacted], Owner and Head HVAC mechanic of Thomas Heating and Air has reached out to this client to discuss...
the refund issue; however, the client stated that he did not want to speak with him. Mr. Thomas does fully intend to refund [redacted] his deposit as soon as possible. There is much more to this issue than is stated in the complaint, but we do not wish to go into huge detail online or in this manner. Again, thank you for allowing us this opportunity to respond and please note once refund is made we will nnotify the proper persons and would like our account noted of resolution in this case.
