Thomas H. Davis III Construction Company, Inc.

I hired [redacted] or Thomas H. Davis Construction to do a major project on my home. He put in my hot water heater in back wards and also the water leads were also crossed wrong in the insulation. The owner of this company was contacted to make aware of this issues with his companies work and he told me he was too busy to come look. After I paid him over 20, 000.00 for the jobs he did. Due to the improper insulation, I had to hire my own electrician to fix electrical issues. His company ran 140 volts instead of 240 volts , causing elements to fry and the electrician was shocked when he came. there was voltage coming out from the out side of the tank. 52 volts. this is dangerous!! After the electrician fixed his department, I called the plumber back. The plumber was a master plumber and told me the hot water led was hooked up to the cold and the cold to the hot. which is incorrect.
and other things. Costing me 1.000.00 out of my pocket. He took advantage of an older lady who lives on her own , on a fixed income.
I will be reporting him and this company to the Revdex.com. and the builders As. among other things. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! I have the work orders with all the corrections these too did for me yesterday.
