I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
This does not resolve that issue that we haveThe dress is ruinedIt has nothing to do with the changes that were requested as no one would request an uneven wedding dressThe alterations done by the business were done crookedThe business admitted that when we discussed it with them in person several timesThey know that the alterations made were not done correctly because we would not request for alterations to be done to the dress so that it was no longer evenAfter meeting with the owner in person, her only suggestions were to completely alter the design of the dress and/or buy new fabric which we cannot doWe stand by our demand to have our entire amount reimbursed or we will be filing a small claims suit next week as discussed and told to her in personThe dress cannot and was not worn for the wedding.

Hanna T[redacted], owner, states she worked with the customer to make the alterations and changes. She states she pinned up the dress with regards to what the customer wanted to have done and the customer agreed to it. Hanna states when the customer came back in to try on the dress she was not happy with...

the changes that she had previously approved of, therefore Hanna only charged her for half the original price and offered to redo the alterations at any time. At this time the customer has not contacted the Hanna or the store to make any changes.
