I worked with her a couple of times I have to get information from our billing company asking why they are being billed these separate things, but I am still awaiting a response I am emailing them again for an update The patient stated she was sent to collections and sent them payments We never received anything so I will have to look into that as well

The doctor told me that I had the option of waiting to have the procedure until I was finished breastfeeding, or to be refunded I told him that we are not yet done growing our family and I would likely be breastfeeding for the next three years He then agreed that I need to speak to his receptionist to work out the details of getting my refund I have attached a screenprint of the *** details that indicate a refund is to be granted to those who do not qualify for the treatments..and that includes nursing mothers The receptionist redeemed my *** before I could even be evaluated by the doctor to see if I was able to have the procedure done They secured their money before they even knew if I could have the procedure Now they are refusing to refund me which makes their sales pitch on *** a complete falsehood I will also be contacting *** regarding the misrepresentation of this company and their negligence in fulfilling their guarantees

She came in but she was breastfeeding at the time. The doctor said she could not do it so the solution wouldn’t get in her system. I let her know I would look into getting her a refund, but I would have to speak with the doctor first. The doctor stated that we do not do refunds in
our office, but we would gladly give her the treatments when she is finished breastfeeding
