I am in receipt of the complaint filed by Mrs. [redacted] and I am providing my response to it.I did the work for which I was contracted to do in her basement.  I also had her floor cleaned by an outside company which I paid for on my own when she first complained.  My work was done...

properly.  It is not my fault that she did not call her plumber and have a sump pump installed after we poured the floor.  The mud and the standing water that came in caused the staining and if she had had the sump pump, this would not have happened.  She had plenty of time to make this evaluation up until the time she moved into her home.
