I am rejecting this response because:I find Ross *** reply woefully inadequateAgain, because he never wrote anything down about my instructions, he has no recollection of what I wantedI wanted my pieces FIXED and refinishedThat means FIX ALL the legs on the tableAnd if the other legs DID NOT NEED FIXED, why did he use tiny little brat nails to try to repair them?
