I have been operating my business for over years in the Corpus Christi areaI am a member of the Chamber of Commerce and have not ever received a Revdex.com complaint since the inception of my businessI take customer service very seriously and go out of my way to make sure my
customers are satisfied with their experience.In regards to Mr***'s complaint, I never received any calls or emails regarding the gift certificate as allegedTo ensure gift certificate customers are promptly responded to, I use my personal cell phone as the contact number on every gift certificate Third Coast Kitesurfing issuesI have never received a call from Mror Mrs*** nor have I received any voicemail messagesThe first contact I received from the ***'s after the initial sale of the gift certificate was to request the refundI have consulted with my attorney and she confirmed my understanding that a gift certificate confers the opportunity to take advantage of the services offered during the time it is valid, to the person for whom it is purchasedThe fact that Mrs*** cannot or has chosen not to utilize the gift certificate does not entitle her to a refundThat being said, I am very sympathetic to their situation which is why I have already offered to both extend the expiration date and allow them to transfer, sell or gift the certificate to another personAdditionally, I have already incurred liabilities in related to the gift certificate, including, but not limited to, tax liabilities.I have apologized for any inconvenience this has caused them, but I cannot refund every gift certificate that a purchaser failed to use and maintain a profitable business
