This company is a joke. Their software has bugs and probably even viruses. It does not score your work, their customer service and support staff are rude, arrogant, condescending, and have a communist approach as to how they handle your complaints and concerns. It makes you extract all of your files and run updates constantly. For all I know they are professional hackers preying on young naive college students and stealing personal information.
Most of the students in my online course have dropped World Religions which should have been an enjoyable and rather easy course that has now become a nightmare. What is even worse is that the professor condones their behavior and told me that I should just let it go. I was even told that this is only happening to me and yet I started asking other people in my course if they are having the same problems and was told that it is not only me.
I also demanded my money back because not only did I have to pay for the college course but the software costs $80.00. When I demanded a refund they threatened that if they gave me one that they would lock me out of my course. I told them, I do not think so, I will march my computer right into the Dean's office at [redacted] and then they started singing a different tune.
