Review: I ordered only one charger and assumed the product would be sent. The money has been taken from my account along with shipping . They never said that I was a contributor to their product development. I have called and left a message several times and also sent e-mails. They do not get back to you as they state that they get back to you right away. I have requested my money back and still have heard nothing. This is a scam. I know several people that have paid a lot more then me , and no product has been sent. How is this company being allowed to do this?Desired Settlement: I want my money back

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They issued a full credit after I tried to contact them Several times.

Review: I placed an order on 11/**/15. I checked on it via email on 12/*/15 and still have not received any response as to the status. The phone number listed has a recording saying the email is the best option for contact. It also said all email sent through the week would be responded to within the same day. Well it has been 2 days and nothing. 22 days after they charged my credit card and placed the order I still have nothing to show for it.Desired Settlement: If they cannot fill my order, I would like my money back. I also need to know in time to get something else to replace the 5 gifts I was using these for. Hoping for an quick resolution. A response from customer service would have been nice also.

In reference to complaint ID [redacted], after you processed my Complaint, I finally got an email response from the company only they requested more money to ship my order and tried to act like it was a donation. I refused to give them more money and after being told my refund was being processed and I would have it within 48 hours, which was today and I didn't show it was even processed, I Then contacted my bank and asked for them to dispute the charge on my card. I explained what happened and they are in the process of contacting the company now. Right after they contacted the company I received an update stating that the refund is being processed tonight. Hmmm. Wonder what happened to them processing it 2 days ago, per the email they sent me. Anyways, this company is not trust worthy at all and really seems to be a scam. I cannot say that I find this satisfactory, until my Bank hears back from thing charger and I have my money back with no dispute.
