Review: I ordered four Banshee mini's from his website and according to the what was shown on his website I was getting the ones with the optional cannon arm, or at the very lest only the cannon arm as the photo he has showing what you are ordering show it with the cannon arm. When I received them they had the sprue with the spot for the optional arm, but it had been cut off. I have tried contacting the company and have been unable to work it out.Desired Settlement: I want what I ordered and paid for.

According to the customer, the item is missing the optional arm. I did not realize that the manufacturer had changed the contents of the package and hand cut the optional arm from the item as they lost the license to produce that arm. I did not know the manufacturer had made the change and the picture on my site was not updated to show the change.

When the customer notified us of the missing optional arm I contacted the manufacturer and forwarded the manufacturer response to the customer. As the manufacturer wrote - the arm is no longer available and can no longer be made. The correct contents of the blister are exactly what we sent -- we sent it to him manufacturer sealed. I told the customer we would have no problem taking the merchandise back for a full refund, even if he had opened the product - as long as all the other pieces were there. This is not good enough for the customer -- he wants me to get him the arm, an arm that can no longer be legally manufactured.

This is not a product that we sell many of, it is something that the manufacturer changed and it slipped by me unnoticed. I was not trying to fool the customer, and I am not saying 'all sales are final' or something like that. I think a full refund on return in saleable condition (even if opened) is a reasonable response. We cannot replace the item, we did not remove it from the package (the manufacturer did), and it cannot be manufactured any more.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# 9803725, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I did a simple web search and found others who are selling the same thing and with the options here is just one example [redacted]. I do not think that I am expecting too much asking to get what I paid for and he advertised as having, if he did not then should not say he does.
