I ordered a romper from These Three and it was too small on me. I sent it back and was going to order a different item. I respected their return policy of only getting store credit. I received the item back in the mail stating that there was a small stain on the inside. They did not state where the stain was or anything. This was because it was a lie. I tried this romper on one time and determined it was too small for me so I took it off. Me and my fiancé inspected it and could not find any stain. I am very unhappy and I want my store credit. I will not be ordering from this boutique again because of their deception. This makes me sad because they represent Christianity and this is not Christ-like.

Draped V-Neck Romper is not coming back in stock!
I was trying to purchase the Draped V-Neck Romper in Magenta color, and the size small was out of stock, so I messaged them on their website about restocking this and they told me that their sorry but they are not restocking this item! I was highly disappointed!

I have ordered a frequent amount of items from this boutique and I have been highly satisfied every single time! The items usually arrive earlier than expected, and the free shipping is such a perk. I ALWAYS get asked "where did you get that from? It's so cute! I don't see it anywhere else" whenever I wear a piece of clothing from These Three! Part of me doesn't want to give the secret away, but I always tells them anyways :) I barely shop in stores anymore bc there's nothing I like, but I can always count on this boutique. I cannot wait for the rest of the spring/summer line to launch within the next few months!

My daughter and I order from These Three Boutique frequently. They have adorable items, affordable pricing, and great customer service. Highly recommend!!

I ordered a cheetah skirt for my daughter for Christmas & it didn't fit and the material was also very cheap for the price. I paid for return shipping and sent it back. I have sent emails, messages & even commented and tagged the business in their own posts asking for someone to contact me regarding my return. No one has answered or responded. My comments on their post just get ignored. There are way too many great boutiques out there for customers to be treated this way so I suggest buying from one of those.

We responded to her email that the store credit would be emailed to her once the return was processed. The return was processed and the store credit was sent to the email used with the order on 1/15. She would need to get with her daughter since that was probably her daughter's email. She received her store credit so I am not sure why the bad review. Our point of contact is through email which is at the top of our bio. We cannot respond to all the DMs. We did respond to the email and we sent the credit once it was processed.

I was really dissatisfied with my purchase. I always liked looking at clothes online so I finally decided to purchase a sweater. Did not look like what it did in the photo. Was cropped and a lot shorter than what it showed on the model. The return policy is ridiculous. I paid for a return label and then will have to pick something else since they don't refund you. So I'll have to buy something else from their site. I emailed them stating I bought the return label and I was dissatisfied. They emailed me back stating sounds good. Have a great day. That is extremely rude after what The email I sent. Not recommending them or purchasing anything else.

This customer purchased a sweater that we have restocked multiple times due to its popularity. We photograph exactly what is put on the website. We are sorry that she did not like the sweater, but the return policy is the same for everyone unless we make a mistake somehow. I would always encourage people to read a company's return policy before purchasing. Our return policy is right in line with other boutiques similar to ours.

My package never arrived or was stolen but the company wasn't willing to provide assistance or any compensation.

USPS says it was delivered but failed to respond to my missing package request. I emailed the boutique and although their website states they aren't responsible for lost mail I was disappointed that I was just redirected and told they can't do anything. I spent $34 there and received nothing and am upset that I wasn't offered any coupon or refund or anything.

As per our website, and those of all boutiques., we are not responsible for stolen packages once they have been delivered to the customer. However, if *** would be agreeable, we can issue her a $20 gift card towards another purchase if that would be an acceptable solution for her.

They will not let me return my clothes due to false reasons.
I needed to return a sweater because I thought I had ordered it in Black and the one that I received was Green. I did not even try it on because I did not like the color. I get an email from them saying that I "obviously had worn it and gotten a pull." I replied stating that I had not even tried it on. They did not respond.
To make matters even worse, the pants I returned because they were too large. They failed to mention in their email that they were sending back those to me due to "a stain in the crotch area." THERE IS NOT EVEN A STAIN ON THE PANTS AT ALL.
They are flat out lying and being extremely unprofessional. I will never order from them ever again and no one else should. I have never been so disappointed in a store.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund for both articles of $110. The sweater was $52 and the pants were $58.

We received the return from this customer and found a snagged sweater and the pants had a stain in the crotch area. We accept and process returns daily and have no issue doing so, but we do ask that the items be returned to us in the same condition that we send them so that they can then be put back in stock.
The green sweater we never had in black and it had pulls all in it so we could not accept that.
With pants we always check the crotch area because people many times try on or wear the pants with no pantys and send them back with marks in the crotch. Obviously we would not be able to accept those and resale those.
I am sorry that the customer does not like our return policy or agree with our findings but we would encourage everyone to read the return policy before purchasing and before sending an item back and make sure they are in compliance. As long as that happens, we gladly extend store credit to our customers.

This exact same thing happened to me. I tired it on once and it was free of any stain. They sent it back stating that it had a stain on the inside and it did not. This is fraudulent!

I just ordered a pair of wedges and they are ADORABLE!!! I am so pleased. They were delivered within a reasonable time frame and were only $34. This company clearly fights for great prices for their customers. These shoes are great quality and I look forward to buying more items from them! I really appreciate there range of prices (ranging from $20/30 to $100+) which allows me to go one place for a "steal" and a "splurge". Very pleased!!! :)

Was really excited about ordering from this boutique but from my experience I will not be ordering from this boutique again. The return policy is absolutely ridiculous and they wanna give me store credit, but take a 20% restocking fee and I will also have to pay for shipping the item back. I do not recommend ordering from this boutique at all.

As with most boutiques, items purchased on sale are final sale. This is clearly stated in the return policy. Customers should always read a company's return policy before purchasing. Thank you!

Ordered a sweater from them and it was meh when I got it. Didn't really look at all like it did in the picture. Returned it against my own chagrin as their return policy is pretty terrible in that you don't actually get refunded you have a store credit to use within 60 days (not a long time period) and then it's final sale. So if that item doesn't fit or looks bad on you they basically just get your money anyway. I shop at a lot of places online and have never heard of a place that doesn't refund in some way. I would be fine with store credit but the final sale part is what makes me annoyed. Also you can only send back 5 items a year so that also kindof sucks because some things genuinely just don't fit everyone the same way. I did order one sweater that I like but for the price of the clothing it's really not worth the hassle of not being able to return and get your money back.
