Good morning. I did in fact respond to this complaint in writing via an e-mail to [redacted] (the customer that made the complaint) on the same day I received the initial complaint. The issue has been resolved per the communication below from [redacted] to me:"[redacted], thank you for...
responding. Like I told [redacted], I own a business too and was by no way trying to get something for free. It was very kind of you to waive all the charges but that is not really what I asked for but was very kind. The sales associate was extremely rude to all of my guys including my wife and I and would not even let us talk to someone above him. He hung up on my wife and basically left the conversation saying there was nothing we could do. I do appreciate all your help in resolving this matter and it is sad that I had to write to the Revdex.com and to the [redacted] office to get to speak to someone above the sales associate. I will fix all the bad remarks I put up. My family and I grew up in [redacted] and we have used your company for many years. I will continue to use your company and appreciate you guys contacting us back and resolving the issue. I would definitely talk to that associate because I can tell you one thing. In this market with all the competition and changes out there he will end up costing you more money than he makes you. Thanks again, I am more than satisfied, [redacted]."
Review: This Company is a Rip OFF. I have done business with them before but this was the last straw. I walked in there with my mechanic to rent a drill to install shop lifts. The sales associate there [redacted], rented me the drill and in the box had two of the same size drill bitts. I asked why he gave me two, he said one of them looked bad and did not think it would make it. We returned it back and all of a sudden there are charging me for damaging one drill bit. I own a business myself and this is not a good practice. They want me to pay for something they already knew at time of rental was destroyed. I have written a letter to the state attorney general. I mean all of a sudden they are charging me over 150 for a bit that is under 30 bucks at lowes. Plus they are liers and this guy [redacted] is the rudest person in the world. I am not a big fan of leaving bad reviews or even arguing. He called us today and said he was charging us and there was nothing we could do and hung up the phone on my wife.Desired Settlement: I just want what I went in there for. I want my card refunded the 150 extra dollars for messing up a drill that was already messed up in the first place. This guy wants me to pay for his inventory when he knew the drill bit was bad or he would have not included another one. The funny thing is we did not even use the bad drill bit.
