Dear Mr [redacted] ,Thank you for contacting our property in regards to your reservation at our property due to arrive 4/we are very sorry to hear your wife was ill and you weren't able to travel to property I looked into your booking and it seems it was booked through a 3rd party booking agent we have a hour cancellation policy at the time of booking the booking agent explains hotel policy When you book through a 3rd party agent they charge your credit card and send over there company card for payment unfortunally we wont be able to refund your card that would have to be done with the booking agent that you booked with Once again we apologize for the inconvienence that this has caused you and your wife but we will not be able to refund your stay Yours Truly, [redacted] Res/Sales Manager
