This is in response to customer [redacted] located at [redacted]. We originally received a work order on 08/16/17 from [redacted] to repair a Samsung refrigerator that was not working. We scheduled for a tech to service the unit on 08/21/17. On the 21st, the tech ordered a Refrigerator evap cover,...
userinterface and EOC. We received the parts on 08/25 and the backordered part on 09/05/17. We called and left a message on 09/08/17 and again on 09/18/17 to install parts and never heard back from the customer. We finally spoke with Mrs. [redacted] and scheduled for completion and installation of parts for 09/26/17. The tech went out and installed parts on said date but noticed we still needed one additional part to make the display work. The part was ordered and we called NUMEROUS times 10/05/17, 10/13/17, 10/23/17, 10/31/17, 11/02/17 with no answer and NO call back to schedule. Due to the original start date of 08/21/17 we closed out invoice and was preparing to send the inverter back because we could no longer keep the invoice in open status when customer does not return our call to schedule. We have never collected any money for repair from the customer. They may have paid [redacted] directly. We made multiple attempts to complete repair with not return contact from customer. Again since receiving this complaint, we called Mrs. [redacted] on 12/07/17 and left message to complete repair again NO CALL BACK.
We were requested on 09/21/2017 by AIG Warranty company to service a refrigerator and dryer for Mr. [redacted]. On 9/26/2017 we were at the home of Mr. [redacted] and serviced his Whirlpool refrigerator that was leaking water. We replaced the icemaker on his unit. We also serviced a Whirlpool dryer that was...
making a squeaking noise. We replaced the idler pulley. The technician did advise Mrs. [redacted] the noise should stop after a few uses but if not, please let us know and we would schedule to come back out. On 9/27/17 Mr. [redacted] called back stating the noise was worse than before so we scheduled the next available slot in his zip code for Tuesday 10/03/17. Mr. [redacted] was very upset waiting until the following week however the secretary explained to him that was the next available appointment but she would put him at the top of the cancellation list. On 10/02/17 we received a call from Mr. [redacted]'s warranty company AIG stating he wanted to cancel the appointment with us. We feel at this time our work was completed and possibly no longer needed due to the dryer no longer making a noise as the technician explained would happen after normal use of the dryer.
