Their website advertises free shipping + free exchanges always. That doesn't cover returns. They charge a $6.95 "restocking fee". The return process is a nightmare if you don't set up a customer account with them before ordering. Emails to the return dept, and to customer service were never responded to. Phone call to customer service could not explain why my emails never received any reply. After the phone call, their customer service dept. emailed me a link to a return label that wouldn't open. Finally, resorted to messagiing Therafit on facebook to get a printable return label. Package tracking indicates they recceived my return 14 days ago. Still no refund. I'll be trying to contact customer service again tomorrow. It's ridculous to have to go through all of this, over a simple return. Very unhappy with this company, and their lack of customer service. Will never order from them again.
