I worked with the customer once notified (which was over a month after the delivery date) that she stated it was not received.
The customer is satisfied as we reshipped the order at our cost even though there was a delivery confirmation.
Our policy is that if the customer does not choose to pay the extra for insurance and there IS a delivery confirmation we do not reship at our cost.
