Ordered product, never received. Sent out six emails, no response, definitely a rip off. Took the money and ran!

Paid for the pin-cube back in October 2019, arrives in June 2020 Not working and emailed several times no reply these guys are all about taking your money and no product

The company is has taken $4m over dollars in orders and yet is not shipping or communicated.
Certainly is a terrible company to do business with. They should be investigated before they spend all the money and it cannot be refunded.

There are so many fishy things going on with this company, from the same product with a different name being shipped from those same factories and it was supposed to ship in December 2019 for Christmas but just keeps getting more and more delayed, I don't know what is really going on but it can't be good, they seem to have scammed millions of people out of their money.

This company may or may not have a product. Some customers on the *** site say they have received the product. It's difficult to say. I do know that I backed their project in October 2019 based on the promise of products shipping in December 2019 in time for Christmas. It is now the end of March, five full months after I gave them money.
The company has offered excuse after excuse as to why there is nothing for their financial backers. They refuse to give refunds. They refuse to give project updates in a timely manner. All schedules they've offered they subsequently fail to meet.
I regret backing their project and feel I will not see the product I ordered or my money.
*** has been no help with this. The number of complaints on the project site hosted by *** would make any reasonable person force the project owner to pause sales until they can prove they can do what they say. *** has washed their hands of the problem.
