is non-existant. Can't get reply by phone or email.
Need info on order status....am totally ignored. They do not pick up their phones or respond to email.

I ordered a pro and duct and what I received was not correct I have made attempts to contact and have been ignored.
On 7/20/18 I placed an order with thegardenstore.com for item# XXXXX X box totaling 6 8"*** plastic replacement wheels on 7/30/18 I received my order and after opening them that evening I saw that the product I received was not what was pictured on the website. So the following morning I sent an email about the issue and shortly after got a response from *** stating I could return but would have to pay shipping and 20% restocking fee. I responded by saying I did not feel I should have to pay the cost due to their error not mine. I received a quick response stating I was sent the item I ordered. So I sent an email that included an image of the item from their website and an image of the product I received. I have yet to get a response I sent that email on 7/31/18 at 11:27am, 7/31/18 at6:46pm, 8/1/18 at 12:17pm, 8/1/18 at 2:01pm, 8/2/18 at11:21am and again today 8/6/18 at 9:44am in addition to the numerous emails I have also tried calling with no results as a person never gets on the phone. I want to return these items it has been a week now but I am afraid I WILL NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. What do I do when a business will not respond?
