I placed an order with them April 22nd $150 and I can't track it and I can't get ahold of anybody to find out any information about it and I have not received it. Their policy says I should receive it within four to six weeks and it's been like 4 months and I want my order or my money back. I have tried emailing them and calling the number they have on their page but it's out of service

My 11yr old son and 9yr old daughter had saved up allowance to order a bean bag. We ordered it back in April of 2020 and they have never sent the product or returned the money. We had a brief contact with the issue, but after that they have completely ignored me. All I'm asking for is my kids bean bag they ordered or refund them their money. It's sad to see a company sink so low as to take from kids who work hard and dearly for their allowance. Total amount of purchase was $149.99
