This company posed itself as an embroidery company stating that they could do embroidery services. I order skully winter hats with my logo and was told that they would send my hats in the mail. I waiting over 45 days and contacted them again and asked them what was the hold up. They said they were having issues. I emailed them and they said they would have the items done and that they would add more hats for an inconvenience. I asked them where was my tracking # they said that they didn't have one. So when I threatened them that I would file with the Revdex.com they sent me a tracking #. I waited another few weeks and still have not received anything. So I called my credit card company to refund my money. They did not refund my money yet claiming that the company is unresponsive. I am very concerned and upset because they have my personal information as far as shipping and cc information. This company is a SCAM. I can provide the fake tracking # that they gave me so hopefully someone can track them down and arrest them. The tracking # has been in the same status since they gave it to me. its been over 2.5 months and nothing.
