I am not writing a complaint because it will do no good. The Revdex.com will just pass me over to the very people in 'quality control (corp advocates) who are pure evil and totally skilled at ignoring legitimate and rightful complaints. I will, though, write a review to warn people. I've been complaining since the attack on 7.23.2013. I've complained to anyone and everyone I can think of, but no one person in this whole world will help. I went to Theda outpatient on the 6th floor of their hospital that 23rd day of July to receive a rabies shot after being exposed to a bat. I had been there two other times prior with absolutely no difficulties. But, on 7.23.2013, I went to receive the next shot scheduled and the nurse at that facility decided to push the shot into the backside of my high shoulder area and drive the liquid vaccine upwards behind my right eye. She actually tapped my shoulder bone to locate the spot she was going to attack. I actually felt the liquid travel over my shoulder, up my neck side, behind my ear, then behind my eye and pool at the top underneath my skull. I said to the nurse that I felt it at the top of my head! She looked at me with this weird look and said, "Good." She had done this on purpose! My personal care physician didn't want to hear about it. A nurse practitioner associated with the conglomerate didn't want to hear. The quality control (really corp advocates) didn't want to bother. They said that they investigated. End of response. Phone machines ever since. I've been complaining to the Wis Quality Dept who can't do anything because the fed gov office which controls them said they could not investigate. I even complained to the state nurse licensing board...and these two educated nurses (?!) on that board denied me justice as well. They should know that a patient if given a shot properly would not feel it like that! I had to complain to my assemblyman about them. They should be removed from that board. My eye swelled up and drooped. It watered continuously. And even now at this late date, I have foaters in that eye and pulling of the muscle behind it. I feel the effects mostly in the morning. I have no idea as to what the future will hold for that eye. AND to put salt in my wound, this company is persisting on making me pay the $65 charge for this attacker's administration of that shot! I will never pay them for this! A person should never have to pay for being afflicted with injury like this! Not one person in this whole universe or with any authority will make this company behave properly. And Revdex.com would very probably not want to either because anything medical in this world are akin to gods.
My advice to anyone who is unfortunate enough to go to this conglomerate is NEVER go alone and don't sign anything! And if they throw a piece of paper under your knows, fake a false name. Quality is a thing of the past here at this place and you will walk away more afflicted than when you went in.
The true rating on this company should be F minus minus minus. As for me, I've ended any business relationship with anything 'theda.'
