I accepted the bid, sent photos of the properly signed title, and I was told the car would be picked up today between 6 a.m. - 6 p.m..
I wasted my entire Saturday, making sure I was home & didn't miss the tow driver's call. No pick up or payment.
I did some research and chose this company because of their accreditation, rating & reviews. Their online form is very easy to use. As long you are honest about the condition of your vehicle you shouldn't have any problems. I completed the form on Monday morning, accepted their offer & received a call from the dealer they had assigned it to in about an hour. He was able to haul our old car away later that afternoon. While there is no guarantee for same day service I found the process to be very smooth & hassle free. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.
Hello! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us positive feedback. We very much appreciate your business and hope to hear from you again someday in the future.
This company was so helpful in assisting me to sell my totalled car. Very quick and reliable service. Communicated with me via text, phone and email. I always knew where I was in the process. I definitely recommend them.
Hello, thank you so much for leaving us feedback here with the Revdex.com! We appreciate your business.
I asked for a quote on a Sunday afternoon and had someone contact me the next morning - these guys are professional and won't waste your time. They towed my vehicle away and made an annoying process incredibly easy to navigate. If you're on the fence and need your clunker gone, don't hesitate to contact! Would absolutely use their services again.

If I could give a rating of 100 I would, this was the easiest process ever. Eric responded so fast I was shocked. If I ever have to get rid of a car this is the only company I will use or refer
Hi ***, thanks so much for taking some time out of your day to leave us this amazing feedback! We genuinely appreciate both your time and your business.
Great service both over the phone and with the tow company
Hi ***, thanks so much for taking some time out of your day to leave us a review. We really appreciate your business!
I had to find a buyer for a car, fast. It had some damage from a accident, not totaled but too much for me to fix.
I went on line filled out Clunker Junker online forms, and they imeadeatly offered me more $ then I hoped for. The next day they came and picked it up, zero problems.
Now, you have to be honest, tell them the truth, and be realistic!!! We are talking about a car that you are junking. My only criticism is it's not possible to contact them by phone ( I tried ) if there is a slight glitch. But if you email them they reply usually with in a hour or sooner. After the deal is finalized on the internet the buyer ( the clunker company is a middle man) will contact you. And you will be able to get contact info for the buyer and arrange for the pick up. I 100% recommend this company if you need to get rid of a clunker or a Junker!
Hi ***, thanks for your honest review! We are thrilled to hear you had a mostly positive experience. Sorry about the phone issues. We do have someone answering phones between 10am ET and 6pm ET, but we have unfortunately been having intermittent problems with our phone provider and haven't been getting all calls.
Thanks so much for your business!
Company did not disclose true offer from car buyer. They argued the car buyer was not supposed to disclose the paper work showing their real offer.
On their website they made an offer to buy my car for $100. The day of pick up, the company buying the car gave me paper work stating their offer for the car was for $150 but that I had only accepted $100. The clunker junker never presented me with an offer of $150, only with an offer of $100. They are deceiving their customers by not offering the real amount of money the actual buyer is offering.
1. Provide real quotes from sellers. 2. Honor real quotes from sellers.

As we have explained to this seller elsewhere, this is how our business makes money. While our business model has multiple facets, one of them is to be a liaison or "middle man" between people who are trying to sell their vehicles (like this customer) and third company parties that buy vehicles (usually junk and salvage yards).
As a fee for providing our service we charge a small commission on each vehicle that is paid to us by the actual buyer of the vehicle. The buyers give us the maximum amount of money they can pay for any given vehicle, in this case $150. From that amount, we subtract our commission (usually $25, but it varies from vehicle to vehicle). Additionally, this buyer in particular issues standard deductions from their maximum for various things wrong with the car. Here, the vehicle was described to have "dents, damage, or rust larger than a fist" and "an unpainted front bumper. The buyer has dictated that this level of damage would result in a $25 reduction in price from the max, which left a total of a $100 offer from the seller.
As the seller admits here, he was:
1. Offered $100
2. Accepted and agreed to be paid $100
3. Was paid $100.
We did everything we were supposed to do in that regard.
The problem appears to be that the buyer of the vehicle gave the seller internal and confidential paperwork that outlined the buyers maximum ($150) offer and how much the seller accepted ($100). We use this paperwork so the buyer knows how much to pay the seller, and how much commission to pay us.
It is not the seller's fault he received this paperwork and we don't blame him for being confused, but they have misinterpreted this internal paperwork to mean that he was supposed to be paid $150. This is not the case. We have tried multiple times to explain this and feel we have done so to the best of our ability.
In summary, the seller was never offered $150. $150 was the offer from the buyer, BEFORE our commission and condition deductions. He was ultimately paid what we offered him ($100)
