I made a purchase from The Brass Outlet and Shooter's supply via online purchase. I ordered 200 rounds of .50 beowolf ammunition. The total amount was $328.90. This transaction was made on a paypal mastercard as a regular mastercard Payment. The Brass Outlet used eprocessingnetwork.com to do their transaction.
I did not receive the product that I purchased. I contacted The Brass Outlet concerning my order and was told by the owner John L That he did not have the item in stock, and could no longer get it from the manufacturer. He offered to substitute the item for another item that I might like. After reviewing his website, I did not find a suitable item for replacement. I requested a full refund just before Thanksgiving 2019 and he said he would process the refund.
I did not receive a refund. I called John L at The Brass Outlet and inquired why I did not receive the refund, he stated that he processed it and the funds were being held by eprocessingnetwork.com. I called eprocessingnetwork.com and they stated that they don't take any part of refunds or charge backs. I have made several contacts with John L, and he keeps telling me that he would check into it. I just keep getting the run around and feel he is lying to me.
I respectfully request assistance from Revdex.com in rectifying this situation.
Thank you

Refund Weather John L owner of The Brass outlet refunds my Payment directly from his company or through a refund to the Mastercard that was used, I would like my money back. I would like it back right away. I have expressed to him the stress and anxiety this situation is giving me, and I would like it resolved.
I would like to ask a question. What date and time was this complaint filed. I ask because on January 20,2020, I personally called eProcessing network to have them manually process the transaction. You can verify that the return was already done by 1:19pm on X-XX-XX according to the receipt that I uploaded. It clearly says successful.
Now in our companies defense I would like to rebut the statements written above. Some are factual and some are misleading. And we kept all documentation of emails and personal text messages that were sent to me by *** not ***.
*** ordered on our website using ***'s information. He ordered 50 Beowulf live ammunition from our website. We order them directly from Alexander Arms. When we were notified that they discontinued the ammo, we notified *** that it had become discontinued because the manufacturer could no longer get the bullet to make the ammo. He requested we substitute him ammo in 300 Blackout. When he couldn't find something that he liked he then requested a refund. We submitted the refund thru eProcessing network and the funds were immediately taken from our account. Because he paid thru *** credit card they didn't take the transfer. PayPal does not work with 2A gun related businesses as it goes against their policies. We relayed the info back to *** and told him the fastest way for him to get the refund was to simply file a dispute and they would return his money, otherwise according to *** policy they could hold his money upto 180 days. He refused to do this. He was asking us to send him money to his PayPal account, which by law we cannot do. We told him the money MUST go back on the card. We are not allowed by law to give someone cash for a credit card transaction, especially when it was NOT in his name. The money was refunded on X-XX-XX and the receipt shows just that, and we have no control over when *** credits his account.
Finally I want this matter removed from any public view since he hasn't told you the whole story. There were times he called my personal cell phone to discuss other caliber he was interested in and wanted help getting his own business started. At one point he actually asked if he could take over our website since we had a customer base already in existence. I told him that wasn't possible and offered to even help him get started. How many businesses do know that do that. My company has great integrity, we currently sell on 4 major social media platforms and our own website. We carry a 5 star rating on every platform we sell on. We have only been in business for 2 years and over 1000 satisfied customers. We only have 1 two star rating every given to us and that was because a package of brass shipped from NC to Texas somehow ended up in Missoula Montana. The post office found it and eventually delivered it. But their tracking showed the whole movement which means it was the post office and not us. So again I would appreciate this being totally removed as he his trying to destroy a reputable company that started 2 years ago in Pennsylvania and moved to NC last fall. We pride ourselves in giving our customers the best possible products at lower prices than the big box stores, along with the best customer satisfaction possible.
Revdex.com when we got this email on Wednesday of this week we contacted our attorney as well and forwarded the info to him. There is still more to this story that we cannot discuss at this time. And has no bering on ***'s (***)refund. Again we have provided proof in the upload which we emailed Rick Jacobs and even texted to his phone.
We thank you for your time and we thank you for making sure that businesses do the right thing which we believe we did. If you have any questions please feel free to call me directly on the phone number provided. Also I work in law enforcement here in NC so the best time to reach me is between 12:30pm and 1pm when I can take a lunch, Monday thru Friday. I am also available Saturday and Sunday anytime.
Thank you and God bless
