I'd give zero star if I could. Do not order anything from these scam artists if its not in stock. Ordered a pair of shocks late June. Irelynd reached out and said they would need to be backordered and that it would take about 4 weeks for them to receive them and then another 6-8 weeks for them to process and ship. I proceeded with the order. They charged me and now its December 21st and I have received nothing. Call weekly and no one ever answers and I e-mailed over a dozen times and absolutely no response. Will never buy from them again.

This is the worst company I have ordered from. They take your money and send you a order number. After that they don't say when to expect your part , they don't answer your calls on either number and they don't answer your emails. I will be sure to let my family and friends know about this awful customer service. I do NOT recommend The Wrench Monkey for anything.

I live in Nova Scotia Can ordered NGK oxygen sensors for my *** *** on Monday Nov/21/received them on Thursday Nov/24/had then installed on Tuesday Nov/29/they fit perfect so far working good /
