I had ordered shades for a rental property at *** XXXXX from Manny F. owner of Itneriors and Outdoor Spaces
The original quote was $329.10 which I paid in full. However when I checked my credit card account , I noticed that $351.52 was charged. I called Manny F., the owner, about it and he said they made a mistake and charged the tax twice. He then said that he would refund the $22.40 and put it on my credit card. This was February.
Since I never received the refund, I called him about it and he said he can't credit the card so he will send a check and proceeded to ask for my mailing address. It is now 6 months later and I still have not received it.
He is an extremely poor business man and does not know how to manage. I sent him and email and test message about 2 weeks ago asking him to refund the money with 7 business day. Nothing again.
I am requesting a full refund of the $22.40 and would also like to rebuke his company and honesty. A terrible vendor who is destined to fail.

Refund Refund the $22.40 and send apology to me for not paying this tiny amount of money. Also, he should apologize for taking about 3 months just to get 2 set of cellular shades correct! Attached in the next section if a copy of the bill for $325.10 and shown below is the amount that was charged to my credit card - $351.52 January 27 - February 26, 2017 ct Purchases and Adjustments 01/27 01/28 SQ *INTESQ INTERIORS AND O ARCADIA FL $351.52 Totally dishonest!!
I would just like to say that *** did not order these Shades, We were contacted by the renter at that time and she gave us the measurement for them.
*** later called to get pricing base on those measurements giving to us, I told *** we would need to go out and do a full measure. We were told he didn't want to pay the $35 fee, At his at his request we didn't the shades to the measurements given.
*** called to tell us about the $22.40 error, I had told *** that I would upgrade his shades and include a cover bar at no cost.
Which we did at no cost.
A month later he call to complaint about the $22.40, I had told him we agreed on the upgrades at no cost. He still wanted the money. A week later I mailed a check for the amount $22.40 was sent to the address of file.
And haven't heard anything from him snits the installation in February.
Till now.

Totally disagree with his narrative. I never told him to send the check to the address where the shades were installed - it was a rental property. I told him to mail it to my Naples address and gave him the address in a text message.
Now please send it to me at my summer address in Ohio

Never responded to my last response to his statements. All he has to do is refund the over charge of $22.40 which he promised to do numerous times I'm still waiting.
