I am rejecting this response because:The response provided by the Wireless Source is inaccurate I was clearly told that I would receive installment plan pay-off credit for my iPhone Plus when I switched over to VerizonThe representative gave me bad information by saying I would receive creditHe fully understood what I was doing since he set up my new planHe also gave me the website link, forms an emailed me that I needed to pay off my old phone to receive the creditAt no point during the process did he explain I would receive the pay-off credit only if I traded my new phone inI based my decision to switch to Verizon on the information and explanation of credits I would receive from the Wireless SourceThe company provided me inaccurate information and is unwilling to even achknowlwdge an error was made

Yes, the customer is correct that if he'd sent his phones(s) in to Verizon he would receive the switcher credit, however on one of the telephone lines ([redacted]) the customer elected to retain that phone (AT&T) and use it on the Verizon system rather than purchasing a new phone. ...

The customer DID receive credit for those phone in which he sent to Verizon.  It was the customer's choice to keep the phone and NOT receive the switcher credit for that one particular number.   The customer purchase receipt is attached.  He did receive the Verizon credit for those phones that he entered into contract with Verizon. No trade in - no credit earned on the Verizon promotion.  The customer simply elected to change his mind and retain one of the phones.
