My journey with this company started at a business expo event when I was approached by a *** ***, manager of The Wireless Center(Exede)She offered me a special offer for Fire Ant HD TV service for months dollars/month and a extra dollars for each additional TVSo I thought that was perfect because I have TV's without service on them, and I choose to sign up service for those TV'sShe also offered if I referred someone and they purchased the service then I will pay for my service an additional dollars for each month per personSo I referred person and my dollars a month was a total for monthsWell the bottom line to this the owner had no ideal about the manager's special offers to customers, and on my attempt to pay on 1/the owner refused my payment and business because this dollars/month was suppose to only be for month as he statedI argued my side what his manager's special that was offered to meShe admitted that she offered this to me but was clueless to the fact it was for months plus the referralShe thought she verbally offered 3-months for dollars/monthI continued to stand by ground on her offer to me and also the same offer to my referral who was verbally offered alsoAfter the owner refused my payment and business I called the 1-number to Exede and they have this company as an authorized business for Exede but only for internet serviceI was told by Exede they only have internet service not TV., and that this issue and my complaint will be given to the higher authority of the company because they have no records of my service in their databaseThe Exede representative apologized for my treatment with this company and assured me this is not Exede's way of customer service and that this company will be looked into for possible misrepresentation of their company selling unauthorized Exede services under their name with a bad reputation with customers
