My wife and I just purchased a home here in the Cookeville areaAfter moving in, we decided we wanted frosted glass in both bathrooms, also on two windows in the garageWe called several places and requested quotesJason and Suzy promptly returned our call and set up a time for a free quoteWhen they arrived to give us the quote, both were very professional, making sure they even asked if we wanted them to remove their shoes when entering our homeThe quote we received was in my opinion a reasonable one and we elected to go with their company
On the day of the appointment, they kept in touch with us, updating us on a probable delayMy wife and I decided to go get lunch during this time, only to return to our home and find them patiently waiting for us
We had eight window pains done, along with three glass pains in our front doorTime needed was around two hoursThey did a professional jobSuzy went so far as to use towels on all of our window pains to protect them from moisture when she cleaned the glass prior to the application of the film, and making sure that everything was cleaned up and left neat and tidy when she leftJason knows his product wellHe answered all my questions and took his time explaining how each product he showed me differed from each other, and how each would react to my home environment
My wife and I highly recommend this company and will call them again if we find a need
