I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
The manager of the business called me and expressed disappointment that this had escalated in this manner. I responded that I felt that the increase in fees, which are deducted automatically from my bank account on a monthly basis, should only have been made with my tacit approval. The email was apparently sent to the address on file, but was not seen by us (not sure if we received it. The manager refunded the incremental increase and this is a satisfactory outcome, in fact more than we asked for
