I am aware that our borrower, ***, is not happy with Priority because we rejected her loan due to insufficient income to qualify for the loan. I will be providing a letter to respond to her complaint once back from vacation. Ms*** in her complaint is asking for return of
her application fee. This was already returned to her at the time of her loan having been denied and prior to her filing her complaint
