Contact several times and never received product. It's a scam.

I contacted her company 3 times through her website about them sending the wrong wig.
I first purchased a straight bob which she advertised on the website on 1/1/2020 and didn't receive until 2/1/2020. I contacted Willa through her website and never received a response. I sent her messages through Instagram and she didn't respond until I posted the wig she sent and tagged her. Her response was she no longer sold the straight hair and would send me a refund along with a return label which I never received. I've since continued contacting her about the return label and she still not responding. I paid $107 order number *** using my debit card.

I ordered a wig on Sept. 13, 2019. I contacted her various times after two weeks with no response. On Oct 12, I attempted to contact her again with no response. I contacted paypal for a refund. Very unprofessional and a 50/50 chance you will receive product.
