Hi-Received your complaint from "*** ***" or is her name "*** *** - we can't be su She is completely incorrect in her claim. We had a sale and offered her 15% off or Free Shipping (and we are in no legal obligation to run sales, these are at our discretion and many items are not even
included in the sale that was put forth) -this is our policy that a customer cannot have two promotions at once. Our team has spent a great deal of time trying to get her pricing and give her options on either receiving 15% off and paying shipping or not getting the 15% and getting free shippingOur customer service team asked her to call us with her credit card information and full shipping address to complete the sale and she never didWe have moved on to other customer needs after never hearing back from this customerOur last email was to her 1/27/telling her that we could call her to take the order over the phone and she never responded.
