Review: After dealing with a high-pressure sales associate,I purchased $488 worth of merchandise but returned most of it within a few days. She knew I was hesitant to buy the dress but I took it home to show my family.At checkout I was asked to sign a note stating that all sales were final but felt that applied to sale items. When I returned the items I was told they did not do refunds and I was issued a store credit. I was not told it expired in 60 days and now, when I have asked for a refund at the end of the business year I am told my credit was forfeited. I was never contacted about that. I did send my soon-to-be daughter-in-law to the store this past summer to look for her dress and use the credit but she was ignored because she didn't have an appointment.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit refunded, in full. The items were returned quickly in saleable condition and I cannot lose the large amount involved! I will keep the foundation garment.

The Wedding Tree has responded to my complaint by providing me store credit in the original amount. I would have preferred cash but I have accepted the credit.
