Customer brought in computer for virus removal and we performed our service promptly; however, he came back and said that he still had viruses after picking up his computer.  We told him that he could bring it back in under warranty for another scan.
He later told us that he wanted a refund...

and we informed him that we can only offer a warranty service due to the nature of the viruses.  These viruses were pornagraphic in nature
