This morning again Sept 2, '21...AFter explaining everything to customer service, the phone was disconnected...I do not know why...It is 3 weeks already...I paid for this item and want to return it, but somehow they are not willing to cooperate...I WOULD APPRECIATE A RETURN LABEL ON THIS PRODUCT TODAY..."TURBO JET POWER WASHER".
THERE WAS NO RECEIPT IN THE BOX!

This is the second year I purchase heated gloves and they also don't work for $200 = I expected them to work. I'm going also submit my complaint to the better business as this should not be allow to the public
