Per the contract I am supposed to receive the deposit within 14 days following the event. The facility did not provide ANY information indicating I was not receiving it back. I was on site the entire night this incident occurred and was never notified! I have never received anything indicating the result of my deposit even after a month following my event. Unprofessional.
