Once we were made aware of the concern the client had, I immediately responded to his emailI explained that I had personally ran the audit against the DNC (Do Not Call) and DNS (Do Not Solicite) and pulled the names out myselfUpon further investigation, I confirmed that his name in fact was not
apart of the DNC or DNS listI informed the client maybe he should double check with the National Do Not Call organization and confirm he in deed has all contact numbers on the listHe emailed me back stating that he has always been on the list, however when he called them to verify he was registered, it appeared as though he was notI have attached email thread for verification of responseIt was not, nor never is, our intent to frustrate anyone espicially by disobeying the law
