The Wallmonkey, Inc.

I purchased a wall mural on Wallmonkeys and I have had nothing but problems. To begin with when I purchased the product I selected 2day shipping through Fedex. To find out it was shipped USPS. I also called the company to find out the status on the product and some guy answered the phone stating that the person that takes care of the status is not in. I then asked if only one person in the company takes care of the status and he said no. So you mean to tell me that everyone is out of the office on Monday at 1030 am. Then finally got a call back and he was not any help either. Still waiting on a call from a manager. We don't know if we will even get our wall mural. Tracking says nothing found! The mural I purchased was over $100 and if I don't receive the mural then it's going to more of a struggle to try and get my money back...this whole experience has been the worst that I've dealt with pertaining to online purchases...Buyer beware when it comes to Wallmonkeys very shady business practices in my opinion and experience dealing with them
