The Walk In Bathtub Company

Review: This company continuously calls my residence unsolicited and I have asked several times for them to take my number off their call list. Today I was told there were several companies that do walk in bathtub calls but yet every time I am greeted by "The Walk in Bathtub Company." They seemingly refuse to remove my number from their call list and have now had an employee lie to me and tell me that is another company or there are many walk in bathtub companies.

This # keeps calling all hours of day and night several times a day for days & weeks now. Never leaves a message or ID. This is harassment !!!!!!!!! It's got to stop !!!!!!!!!!! Several other #'s doing the same. There getting around the " Do Not Call List " by using local Area Codes.

I am not the only one receiving these calls and this company needs to revamp their solicitation practices and inform it's employee's that when someone asks to be removed from the call list they must do it and not lie.Desired Settlement: Stop calling people unwarranted and get employee's that are clear on not lying and the do not call policy.

Review: I am being constantly harrassed with marketing calls after I repeatedly ask to be taken off call lists. I have asked at least 5 times and still receive calls form local marketers for this company.Desired Settlement: A written notification that I have been removed from all national and local marketing lists and will never again receive unsolicited calls from this company or its sales representatives
