The Vue

I called 3/16/2020 and 3/31/2020 and sent an email asking to speak to the manager regarding why I did not receive our full Security deposit. I spoke to the assistant and she guarantee the manager will call me. The contract states I will receive full refund if we leave the apartment as clean as we received it. We were instructed by the assistant the apartment is in very good condition and if we patch up the wall We will get the full deposit. Out of the $750 I received $183.57. I was charged $65 for carpet clean, $200 full clean of apartment, $160 touch up paint. We lived there for over a year and half and The carpet had no spots or damages, we cleaned the full apartment including: oven, range, refrigerator, all cabinets, bathrooms, windows and floors. I requested a last walk through and was not contacted as we had multiple problems with The Vue we did take pictures of the apgrtment the day we turned in the keys.
