The Vitalsearch Company

I subscribed to VitalResearch to use their resources for a 90 day period. I unfortunately used my credit card to pay for it. When I started using the site, I realized that this service was clunky and confusing to use. I decided it wasn't for me. I only logged in a few times during the first month. I decided to cancel this subscription service and went through the email portal on their website and cancelled my subscription WELL BEFORE the 90 days was up. I received this message back:Your Inquiry Has Been Successfully Sent!A copy will be sent to your Mailbox. At that point, I thought that is good, this is my "proof" of cancellation if I got charged again. Well, lo and behold I get another charge of $29.95. And no email copy was sent to me. They claim I did not cancel in time. That is false. I cannot prove it since their email portal is faulty and no copy or any kind of acknowledgement.They do not respond at all to emails and are very difficult to do business with. I cannot imagine anyone wanting to do business with them. Thanks for the help.Product_Or_Service: 90 Day Subscription ServiceDesired SettlementAll I want is to get my $29.95 refunded back to me.
