The Vinyl Zone

Review: I ordered two car decals from this company in September 2013. After my order was placed, my bank account was charged and I received an email stating that my order was being shipped. Weeks went by and I still hadn't received the order. It is now December and the order has not been delivered. I have attempted to contact The Vinyl Zone through email and phone several times throughout the last few months and have not once received a call or email in return from the company. Each message I have sent has been pleading that someone contact me to resolve this issue. Still, no one from the company has even tried to settle the issue or contact me back. I have used ordered from The Vinyl Zone prior to this and had no issue, so I am extremely disappointed to have such an awful experience and poor customer services this time around.Desired Settlement: I would like for the product to be shipped to me. What I ordered was a gift to someone and I would still like to give that gift. It would also be nice to have a refund from the company for my inconvenience and lack of response on their part to help me get what I paid for.

Review: I have ordered from this company previously (2012) with no issues and have even been contacted by them to fill out a survey, which I gladly did.This time around not so happy. I placed my ordered for two graphic vinyls December 22nd 2013. I recieved an Email durring the first few days of January from the appologizing for the delay in shippment, because of the holidays they were running behind. Which was perfectly understandable. But now here it is March 24th 2014 and still no delivery... I have sent two emails and left two voicemails asking for an answer of some sort as why the delay. But still havent heard back. I double checked with my bank to make sure there wasnt some slip up and perhaps the order was canceled and refunded. Which is not the case....Desired Settlement: I would just like the items I paid for no other company makes the vinyl that I want. If they cant deliever what I want than a full refund.
