Great if you want to pay money and never receive your order.
Ordered some luggage, chose express shipping to get in time for vacation, my credit card was charged, received an email that I earned rewards for my order, never received an email confirmation of my order, never received the luggage I ordered, never received a reply to my emails to customer service, now in the process of filing fraud charges with the credit card company to get my money back. No phone number to call for customer service, that should have been a red flag, easy to put off your customers by ignoring their emails, I'm not even sure the company actually exists.
Back in April, we placed an order for a knife. I ordered in advance as with the pandemic orders are taking well over 2-3 weeks. They shipped it immediately and we received the product within a week. We didn’t open the knife until after 30 days of purchasing as it was a gift. It didn’t work as intended. The blade wasn’t sharp and a piece of the knife fell off. I reached out to the seller and requested an exchange , not a refund, and they weren’t willing to work with me as their return /exchange policy is clearly stated. We weren’t asking for money, just an even exchange. We are completely disappointed as we spent over $130 on a useless knife. Not only that, you can’t leave any reviews on their Facebook page and they deleted our review of the product on their website. They only show 5 star reviews. This is not good business practice. Buyer beware.
I was going to leave this alone, but after I saw they delete comments and never post anything but customer’s 5 star reviews, I realized they need to be exposed.
2 months ago, I ordered the VG35 straight razor. It looks nice but doesn’t cut anything and the pivot came loose within the first day. False advertisement of a “straight razor“ and poor quality.
Always beware of companies that either do not allow 3rd party hosted reviews, and/or censor any negative reviews. Complete trash customer service.

We offer a 30 day return policy on all our orders and will gladly exchange or refund any customers that are unhappy with their purchase. We send out thousands of shipments a month, and there are situations that a product is not what the customer envisioned, but that's why we offer a 30 day return policy for a full refund. We've attached a link to our returns policy for all customers that is clearly listed on our website.
Imagine this, I’m at work, get an email for knives from Vintage Gentlemen, click on one of the knives, and it open up to gay porn on my work computer. Now I’m in a load of stuff from my job and all the owner of this company does is say sorry, nothing else. Ignoring my emails while I take a hit with my professional life due to something he did.
It’s been days and yet not shipped yet !!!!! And you guys have no number no nothing very bad service !!!!

This items has a 4-5 day production/processing time as listed in its product description. It is scheduled to ship by tommorow and will be sent priority mail and arrive before Christmas according to *** timeline.An email with the trackable will be sent by tomorrow to the customer
I ordered two handmade knives from this company. Upon receiving my order I noticed that one of the knives had a fairly large crack in the handle. I have sent two emails with photos attached and have since to receive any response after more than two days. There is no phone number to call which only furthers the inconvenience of not getting anything resolved. I am trying to return the knife with the cracked handle in exchange for a new one. Please respond.

We’re a quickly growing small business and have tripled sales over the past few weeks, which has created a shortage of staff to handle the increased customer service requests, but we have hired new staff over the past few days. The first email by Mr. was missed during our hiring transiton, but the second email was responded to within 24 hours. We have sent our customer and shipping return label and will be exchanging the item foe him and will have this corrected for the customer.

I placed an order from the website *** on Oct 28th and paid for 3 day shipping. I received an email confirming my order and payment but it has been 7 days and I have not yet received a confirmation that the item has shipped or have I received the item.
I emailed on Nov 1 and again Nov 3 to *** and have received no response.
On Nov 3 I also sent the company a message through *** with no response. There is no phone number available on the business website to call.
I need to receive the item by Nov 7 or I would like to cancel the order and be issued a refund. I am concerned that this is not a legitimate business since I am unable to reach anyone with my questions and concerns.

We shipped this item out, but it was lost in transit by *** and we were unable to recover the package. We have already issued the customer a full refund as seen in the attachment. We send hundreds of shipments per month and occasionally this happens, but we always refund a customer in these situations and have done so in this case.
I ordered a gentlemans pocket watch from this company on 6/30/19 to be overnighted as a *** birthday gift for a friend. They have not received it and I have tried to contact this company without any response. They do not have a phone number listed. My order number is

We spoke with our customer *** and explained that the pocket watches had a delay in production and we were not able to ship out in our normal shipping timeframe, but will refund her on the shipping and have the watch out by tomorrow and provide a tracking as they are now completed. We also offered the opportunity to cancel the order and issue a full refund, but as you can see in the correspondence attached, we came to an agreement to refund the shipping and send the pocket watch out. Let me know if anything else is needed to avoid this complaint being published.
