We are aware that the customer moved from one address to another The service was being picked up weekly For some reason, the customer was missed only one week; an attempt was made to come back within the next hours to pithe missed stopWe do apologize for the accidental miss,
such things should not happen, but at times they do and we make every attempt to correct the situationThe customer later called to cancel service and asked for a refund The owner had returned the customers phone call, to which no one answered and they did not return the call He then told the billing department to credit the customer for the three months of service that they had paid It is agreed that the refund has not been sent in a timely fashion However, the refund will be sent this week
