The Villas at Monarch Beach

Review: 10/16/2015 at 7:30am contractors were on my property without any notice from the management. The contractors were using nail guns and power saws on my patio and I feel that my children were put in danger. The lease clearly states that I must be given at least 24 hours notice before anyone enters my residence. A private back patio is defined by law as part of my private residence.

I have photographic evidence, as well as witnesses, that all show that contractors were on my patio without notice.

After I reported the issue I was accused of being a liar and treated with unreasonable rudeness for which I am suffering emotionally and I believe my children were traumatized as a result of this occurrence.Desired Settlement: The terms of our lease agreement were breached when the management failed to notify me of the work being done on my patio. As such, I would like to terminate my lease one week prior to the 60 days notice I was required to give, as it was this issue that made me choose to move out. I feel that my children are no longer safe here.

These people and the owners, which I have as [redacted] are horrible and the management was a liar! Yelp reviews could be checked and what I read is true!
