The View Resturant and Lounge

Review: I went to The View Lounge on March [redacted], and before I start to enjoy the night, they ask for a card only to do an authorization, because according to them is a rule on that place.

So I gave my card to the waiter but I said I would pay by cash, and she said ok, that it was only an authorization. I didn't sign anything, but in the end I left the cash in the bill and left the place.

On the following day, I saw the debit on my card, I went to The View and they said they would check what happened.

Now they sent to me my check with a signature that is not mine, and also they said that the waiter told them there wasn't any cash on the table with the bill.

So, probably someone took the cash and signed on the debit authorization, but is not my signature, and they don't want to reimburse the amount, they said there was a signature there, no matter whose was that.Desired Settlement: They have to refund the debit card, because I left the cash and they are charging twice for one bill.
